Near Sentara Leigh hospital in the interstate corporate center, from Norfolk. Take interstate 264 east, exit at Newtown road north, turn left on Center Drive. Then right turn on the north center drive. Look for building #18 ( the James building) on the right side of the street.

From Virginia beach, take Interstate 264 west, exit at Newtown Road, turn left on the Newtown road at traffic signal, thenan immediate right on center drive this is the entrance into ATE corporate center. Turn right at north center drive and follow to building #18 (The James building).
