ATC was recently awarded a large preferred vendor contract with
the Michigan Department of Corrections. The Jackson office will
facilitate placement of healthcare personnel for Jackson Medical
Complex, which includes ambulatory care clinics at each of the
five prisons, as well as Duane L. Waters Hospital (DWH). DWH maintains
its accreditation through the Joint Commission on Accreditation
of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). JCAHO standards are utilized
by most community hospitals and DWH scores are higher than many
receive, demonstrating the high quality of health care services
being provided.
